三餐及健康的點心讓您的寶寶每天有多次機會食用各種不同的食物。如果您的寶寶在某一餐只吃少量或沒有吃,其實無妨。他們會在其他正餐和點心上補足。
保持輕鬆。有時新的食物需要時間適應。耐心比壓力更為有效。
