到8到9个月时,您可以开始给您的婴儿先喂固体食物,然后再喂食母乳或婴儿配方奶。

到了这个时候您的婴儿可能会每天吃3到4餐,1到2次加餐和2到3次母乳(或婴儿配方奶)。

当您的婴儿到了12个月的时候,他们已经准备好少量地进食与其他家人相同的食物,但是要记住小心喂食那些容易引起噎食的食物。
