剛開始時一次餵食一種食物,每2-4天增加一種新食物。
隨著時間增加餵食固體食物的份量及次數。
從一天一次餵食1-2茶匙,再慢慢增加。
一些寶寶開始進食固體食物時可選擇的優良食物為:
豐鐵嬰兒麥片/米精 |
煮熟成糊狀的牛肉、羊肉、豬肉、雞肉或魚肉或素食選擇(如煮熟成糊狀的扁豆) |
去皮、果核或種子的水果泥─蘋果、梨、芒果 (如必要可煮過使其軟化) |
煮熟成糊狀、去皮、種子或核的蔬菜─地瓜、毛利瓜、南瓜、馬鈴薯、木薯、樹薯 |
糊狀、原味的米飯或粥 |
