By 6 months, your baby will be starting to run low on the stores of iron they were born with. So offering iron-rich foods is important.

母乳 (或嬰兒配方牛奶) 能提供您寶貝從出生到六個月左右所需的營養。
在六個月大的時候,您的寶貝開始需要固體食物所提供的額外維他命及礦物質 (特別是鐵和鋅)。
嬰兒在六個月大的時候通常已經生長及發育至可以開始進食固體食物的階段。
母乳 (或嬰兒配方奶) 對您的寶貝仍十分重要。在您的寶貝8-9個月大之前,您在提供固體食物之前仍應提供母乳 (或配方奶)。從8-9個月大起,您可以在餵母乳或配方奶之前提供幼兒固體食物。
